His father spent over 25 years as an Alaska State Trooper, instilling in Lucas a deep respect for duty, structure, and showing up when people need you most. That upbringing is the backbone of how Lucas leads Kalani Capital today.

After high school, Lucas joined the Alaska Air National Guard, where he served as a medic and received extensive training in emergency medicine and trauma care. In high-stakes moments — when seconds matter and there is no room for error — Lucas learned to assess fast, act decisively, and keep a cool head under pressure.
